Big fourth quarter propels O-E past Wellsville

ALLEGANY — Playing its opener in the annual Joe DeCerbo Memorial Tournament, the Otto-Eldred boys basketball team took down Wellsville, 61-46, with a second-half comeback on Thursday afternoon.
